The International Hellenic University (IHU) was initially established by Law (No 3391/2005) and was based in Thessaloniki, Greece. The IHU was Greece’s first public university where programmes were taught exclusively in English comprised of three (3) Schools which offered twenty-four (24) master programmes. The International Hellenic University was re-established by Law (No 4610/2019), is based in Thessaloniki, comprises nine (9) Schools and thirty-four (34) Departments and is located in Thessaloniki, Kavala, Serres, Drama, Katerini, Edessa, Kilkis, Didymoteicho. The two Schools (School of Humanities, Social Sciences and Economics and the School of Science and Technology) of the IHU belong to the University Center of International Programmes of Studies (UCIPS) of the International Hellenic University offering programmes that are taught exclusively in English.

Katholiekehogeschool VIVES Zuid (VIVES ZUID –BE)

VIVES is a Belgian university college, teaching and researching in business, nursing, education, social sciences and technical fields, with approx. 13000 students in bachelor programmes. VIVES has a vocational mission, providing well-qualified graduates for the Flanders region, often in international contexts. VIVES has a well- developed distance learning profile with full degrees in distance learning. VIVES University College, with its modern and competence-based higher education, its innovative practical research, and its services provided to society, offers an adequate response to today’s and tomorrow’s social challenges. VIVES is an appreciative, friendly, and people-oriented university college which concentrates on professionally oriented bachelor’s degrees and associate degrees.

The University of Paderborn (UPB) consists of 5 faculties (cultural science, economics and business administration, natural sciences, engineering as well as electrical engineering, informatics and mathematics) in which currently 22,000students are enrolled. All faculties offer several bachelor, master and PhD programs. The university employs 237 professors and 628 scientific assistants.
Additionally, teacher education programs play an important role in Paderborn.

University of Paderborn (UPB – DE) Fundación Universitaria San Antonio (UCAM –ES)

Visshe Uchilishte po Menidzhmant (VUM – BG)

Visshe Uchilishte po Menidzhmant (in English Varna University of Management, VUM) is the legal successor of International University College, which was founded in 1999 and converted into a university of applied sciences type of HEI in May 2015. VUM is a private business school with approx. 800 students, 25% of them being international and coming from more than 40 countries around the world. VUM is specialized in social sciences. It offers undergraduate and Master programmes in International Business and Management, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, and Tourism and Hospitality.
All study programmes of VUM are fully delivered in English and lead to award of double degrees.

VUM programmes are practice-oriented and have been designed with focus on entrepreneurial skills and knowledge.

State Agrarian University of Moldova (SAUM –MD)

State Agrarian University of Moldova (SAUM) is the oldest university in the country, founded in 1933 according to Order of the King Carol II of Romania and the only one Higher Education Institution (HEI) in Republic of Moldova (RM) which trains specialists for the area of agriculture –one of the most important branches of RM economy. SAUM is the first HEI of Moldova that has enforced the Bologna Process. Among university graduates there are: presidents, ministers, diplomats, writers, poets and many others outstanding representatives of our country and from abroad. During its existence, SAUM has trained more than 1,000 professionals in agricultural sector for 85 countries. The internationalization of education is the main objective of the University and reflected in the SAUM development strategy.

Alecu Russo Balti State University (USARB – MD)

The institution was founded in 1945 as Pedagogical State Institute, acquiring the statute of Alecu Russo Balti State University in 1992.
Presently, it is the center of the University Complex which embraces all levels of training specialists for the national economy (Bachelor, Master and Doctor levels), as well as continuing education of specialists who are already employed. The University has about 5500 students (undergraduates, Master students and PhD students) at 43 specialties and 28 specializations within four faculties. The employees of the 13 specialized departments provide educational services in Romanian, Russian and at certain specialties, in English, German and French.

Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (ASEM) is the main public higher educational institutionwith economic profile in Moldova. Currently, ASEM comprises 6 faculties with 26 departments (Business Administration, General Economy and Law, Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics, International Economic Relations,Finance, Accounting) two auxiliary departments, seven centers, Master School of Excellence in Economics and Business, Doctoral School, School of Tourism and Hotel Services, a business incubator and National College of Commerce.

Minsk Innovation University was founded in 1991. It is the largest private higher education institution in the Republic of Belarus. The Belarusian Trade and Economics University of Consumer Cooperatives (BTEU) is the higher educational establishment of Belcoopsoyuz (state recognized HEI). Founded in 1964, today the university consists of three faculties including 13 departments of full-time, correspondent and distance education. The University trains specialists in 14 specialties and 22 specializations in Communications, Law, Economics and Management, Entrepreneurship activity etc.

Yerevan Brusov State University of Languagesand Social Sciences

Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences has been established in 1935, and is considered to be one of the oldest higher education institutions in Armenia with over 3500 students. YSULS has 3 faculties which offer BA, MA and PhD programs in linguistics, teaching foreign languages, international relations, European studies, political science, education management and planning, translation studies, IT, tourism, journalism, public relation, etc.

Gavar State University

(GSU – ARMENIA)

Gavar State University is a higher education institution providing higher education not only for the population in but also outside the region. It also commits scientific research in various spheres conducted by a great number of candidates and doctors of sciences. It was established in 1993. At present 2800 students are involved in the education at the university. Gavar State University provides higher education in three levels – Bachelor, Master, PhD. The university offers higher education programs both in full-time and part-time levels. The education is organized in accordance with the principles of the ECTS credit system.

Youth Cooperation Center of Dilijan NGO (YCCD NGO – ARMENIA)

Youth Cooperation Center of Dilijan is a non- governmental organization situated in a rural town of Dilijan with the goal to increase civic participation of young people for the community development. In order to meet its goal the NGO is implementing capacity building, educational and youth development programs. The YCCD NGO works with local, regional, national and international organizations and foundations. The main target group of our NGO is young men and women aged between 13-30, who are living in the rural communities of Armenia, especially in the Northern regions and have different educational, social, family and professional background. YCCD NGO was established in 2006 (registered in 2008) on the basis of volunteerism of young people with working experience in NGO sector. The main activities of the YCCD include the spheres of Non-formal education, Environment, Journalism, and Culture, Sports, Civic Participation and youth-led community grant making with different target groups.
